Comment by YVONNE on July 31, 2008 at 1:35pm: About 10 years ago I was walking in the Big Trees (Redwoods) forsest of Northern California, and I said to my Dad's Wife, I am up there, looking down on us walking. She said I was just feeling hungrey, and I couldn't make her understand that I was up there and down with her at the same time. Since then I experience this looking down from above at myself, or others, sometimes way above the earth and the humans look like little ants hustling around. At that time, I think I am fed up with being grounded and want to soar out in the universe, and be totally free!

Hey ΑΘΗΝΑ (Athena). I need a mentor in OOBE. I will tell you and our friends what happened to me 30 years ago.
I tried to relax and let my soul and spirit out of my body. I red carefully the instructions but something went wrong. What I know was that my body was on my bed and my souls was dancing around our house somewhere close to my neighborhood. Realize what happen after coming back. I could not move for 3-4 days. After that I never tried again. The only expereince I have now is only my dreams.
