1. What does it mean that we can attach as many emails as we like to it free of charge?

Because we allow you to use dynamic email creation upon send and receive, and manage many unique email user names under a single earth mail inbox.

2. How can we control and know who may sell my email address to spammers? Once spammers get our address how can we control it?

UbieeEarthmail allows you to register some where with your own dynamic email like Company.ABC@YOURNAME.! a-url.com , and because the company or persons name is in the email address, our system can actually allow you to see quickly who is abusing your email address.

3.What does "A secure channel " mean and how is it done?

A secure channel means that you can create a special email address for each of your family or friends to use to reach you, like [e-mail], or Uncle [e-mail], and our system will allow you to create a special family folder for these emails which will not be effected by junk email sent to other emails at your earth mail inbox.! This is unlike traditional 'whitelist' systems which block based on the senders ´from´email, which are often changed by spam senders.


4. How does "the automatically track and monitor" really work and how easy is it?

5. I really don't understand how this email is so different than anyone elses . They all have filters and spam control. What is the difference?

Thanks to the 's dynamic inbox concept, we can show you a way to put the responsibility of how your email address is used, into the hands of those to whom you provide your email address to! Traditional spam filtering techniques rely on guess work, often causing you to miss important emails which go into the junk bin!

10. How m! uch will it cost for more than one email address and how long is it good for?

You can have as many emails as you like, but if you mean an additional Account then costs are the same as 1 account. Please check the current pre-paid option list on the bottom of this site on the sign up form.

11. Is is a dot com address and if not why not? Is it a long URL?

All services will be at one of our domains like the www.a-url.com address. If it is long it depends on you. Names are on a who comes first basis. Like @mary.a-url.com, @adam.a-url.com, @eve.a-url.com, @MYBUSINESS.a-url.com, etc.

12. Is the URL too hard to remember and easy to give our address to people ?

That is really not up to us to decide. Yahoo or Google was hard to remember until they became famous.


13. How many emails can I send out at one time?

ONE at the time, like everybody else!

14. Is there a limit of how many emails that I can receive?

There is no limit on how many emails you can receive however there will be a limit to the overall size of your email box storage capacity, with upgradable options if needed.


15. Does it come with all the bells and whistles like regular email accounts?

Of course, and much more!

16. Can I use it for business and send out thousands of emails .

We will be launching additional services to handle your lis! t management and business emailing demands which will go hand in hand with your earth mail account. However in the begining we will not allow mass email sending from our servers in any way, due to the potential problems this could cause, such as server demands, IP black listing, etc.


17. Can I send out spam?

NO! Your account will be terminated without warning!

18. How big is your server? Can you handle large volumes of customers without slow downs?

Yes, and our skilled technical staff is able to expand our capacity to respond to increases in demands.


19. How do I know that you will be here for a long ! time.?

You will not know. Only time will tell. So far, we are here for the past 5 years and have no intention to retire.


20. How come I am just hearing about you now?

Because for sure our company was and still is not big enough that you see us in the news. Important to know that the is only in Pre-Registration since the 17th of Nov. 2007

21. How stable are you?

UbieeEarthmail is not an email forwarding service like you may have seen available.

UbieeEarthmail does provide you with pop access, and also online storage of your email.

Many people are already getting spam to their current email box, or are vulnerable to it over time.

Having aliases forwarded from another source, will simply add to the pile of already existing mail in your mailbox and could become terribly confusing anyway.

In Email terms in many documentation it refers to the following term:

REA
REA = Real Email Address.

ALIAS:
The first part of the email address before the @ symbol.

With there is no 'REA' , your real email address is simply @yourname.a-url.com or @suzy.its-your.name, and it’s all managed under one real account that you can log into and manage.

actually prompts you via email, the first time email is sent to a new alias, allowing you to chose or a define a category that you would like to place mail that arrives to that alias.

example, mailto:´[e-mail]' may go always into you FAMILY category. Also a web interface allows you to change how you categorize your incoming mail, in case the special email you gave to ! your mother gets compromised, or someone starts spamming that alias.

We wont claim to be able to eliminate all spam, however much of the problem with managing your inbox is one of organization as well. Imagine that someone starts sending you tons of junk to [e-mail] .

Earth mail allows you several options:

1. You could apply a filter to the alias 'mom' , that looks at who email is FROM, that arrives to the alias 'mom' and simply uses a traditional ‘white list’ for only that alias, placing email from your moms known email address into your family folder, and the rest into the junk folder.

2. You may sign up on a website for something, say [e-mail] and they somehow sell your email address to 50 companies, our system will then allow you to simply send THAT ENTIRE ALIAS into the junk bin.

This is how we can offer your friends and family a 'a secure path directly to your inbox' , no matter which email they may be sending FROM.

Ubiee Earthmail actually adds visual tags to each email showing you which alias that email is being sent to. We understand that in your 'business' category you may have hundreds of aliases created, and soon your business folder may look like any other email box filled with junk. The visual indicators for example allow you to see quickly and easily which businesses that you have associated with are actively contacting you, and which ones somehow are now sending ads for Viagra!

Here is an example, the visual indicator in ( ) shows you the alias receiving the message.

FROM: (yourbank) Chase Bank SUBJECT: John, Get loans at super interest rates
FROM: (travel.com) S. Smith SUBJECT: Get your time share vacation today
FROM: (travel.com) help4u SUBJECT: GET VIAGRA SUPER DISCOUNT PHARMACY

You can easily see in this example that [e-mail] has been compromised, meaning that either they are expecting you to take Viagra when you travel, or that somehow they have shared your email address with spammers.

This is what we mean by attacking spam at its roots, because our system will allow seeing what’s really happening with the information you share, and will ! ultimately help to shape who you do business with.
